Question
Why has the Canadian Government through the Minister of Foreign Affairs not requested to see the "irrevocable" evidence that the Mexicans claim they have and why, based on this non existing evidence and acknowledging that Pavel is innocent, has the Government of Canada not moved to have Pavel extracted from his dire circumstances in Mexico?

Observation
With Pavel having tried to kill himself and being currently "treated" in a Psychiatric facility in Morelos, Mexico, the question comes to mind, why the Federal Government hasn't made efforts, based on HUMANITARIAN GROUNDS to have Pavel transferred to a facility in Canada for Psychiatric assistance.
